Abstract

This report documents the application of a variety of effectiveness measurement tools to demonstration projects seeking to control wastewater and stormwater pollution at its source. The report describes the demonstration projects and the tools tested, identifies the costs involved in the control programs and the tools used, and assesses the feasibility of measuring a source control program’s impact.
