Abstract
Identifies and documents key problems associated with failure of joints in pipelines. Evaluates and reports on performance of existing techniques utilized for inspection and condition-assessment of a wide variety of joints used in water distribution pipe. Investigates and identifies methods to rehabilitate joints without the expense and service disruption resulting from open-trench excavation. Includes a CD-ROM. Published in 2006.
