Abstract

Conducts a quantitative and comparative analysis of mammalian cell cytotoxicity and genotoxicity of representative DBPs from seven priority chemical classes. Provides a rank ordering of the potential health risks of the priority DBPs so that the water supply community will be able to consider these factors when evaluating alternatives to chlorine disinfection.
