Abstract

Provides utility managers with data to accurately quantify the impacts of reduced flows resulting from conservation measures and to evaluate the impacts on operating costs. Also assists water planners in implementing a least-cost-facility expansion or upgrade policy and in integrating conservation measures during the master planning process.
