Abstract

This project defined the elements of an integrated, reliable, resilient, and sustainable water supply, and integrated these elements into a framework to support water supply planning. The report serves as a compendium of best practices for incorporating reliability, resilience, and sustainability into water supply planning. Through utility case studies and findings from an expert workshop, the report provides guidance on water supply planning analysis, decision-making, and stakeholder communication.
