
Forecasting the Future: Progress, Changes, and Predictions for the Water Sector
Abstract
This project identified and analyzed social, political, economic, environmental, and business trends that are expected to influence the water sector over the next 20 years. The research also developed of a conceptual blueprint of what the water sector may look like in 10 to 20 years, and projected a vision of the desired future and potential strategies for achieving this vision. In addition to the final report, white papers were developed on additional potential water sector implications for the trends mentioned above. The white papers are available on this project page under Project Resources/Special Reports. Published in 2012.
