Energy Efficiency in the Water Industry: A Compendium of Best Practices and Case Studies
Abstract
Develops a compendium of best practices in the energy efficient design and operation of water industry assets. Identifies the promising developments and future opportunities to help deliver (1) incremental improvements in energy efficiency through optimization of existing assets and operations, and (2) more substantial improvements in energy efficiency from the adoption of novel (but proven at full scale) technologies. Research partner: GWRC. Published in 2011.
