Drinking Water and Health in the Year 2000
Abstract
Summarizes a workshop and conference sponsored by the USEPA offices of Water and Research and Development and the Awwa Research Foundation. Forty drinking water experts from academia, utilities, USEPA, engineering consulting firms, and nonprofit organizations identified drinking water research needs related to risk assessment, microbes, disinfection and disinfection by-products, inorganic contaminants, synthetic organic chemicals, health effects of DBPs, and competing risks. Published in 1993.
