Abstract

Develops a decision tool that helps utilities identify and assess potential simultaneous compliance conflicts and other negative unintended consequences of drinking water treatment changes. Assists utilities in evaluating appropriate treatment technology choices to comply with multiple, complex water quality goals and regulations. Research partner: USEPA. Published in 2009.
