Abstract

Understanding how siloxane mass transfer is affected by biogas and process characteristics can lead to more cost effective digester gas treatment processes and improved energy recovery process performance. To aid in this effort, this research examines the effects of gas composition, humidity, and hydrogen sulfide concentration on siloxane mass-transfer behavior, and consequently on sorbent performance.
