Abstract

This research helps utilities and facilities enhance performance and efficiency through benchmarking, the systematic process of searching for best practices, innovative ideas, and effective operating procedures. To optimize and reduce costs, utility administrators can access comparable data on operations and maintenance costs in this publication to develop cost models.
