Abstract
This project identified existing best practices for emergency preparedness and response. The research team developed a mock-up for a future Internet database, tool, or app for enhanced digital dissemination of these identified practices. Gaps in emergency management practices were identified, and the research team suggested approaches for filling these gaps. This project also includes a literature review, posted below under Web Tools. Research Partner: American Water Works Association. Published in 2017.
