Abstract
Provides a summary of a workshop that was attended by a team of experts that gathered to discuss the development of protocols for evaluating the most common unit operations within a municipal treatment plant. The goal of this evaluation was to extend the capacity and/or performance of existing treatment plants without costly construction or equipment additions.
